Working behind the scenes, Lauren prides herself on being the glue for the business. A self-confessed stickler for compliance and efficient administration processes, Lauren supports Simon, Amber and Martika in their daily tasks.
As the backbone of the office, Lauren implements processes, organises calendars, pays invoices and ensures adherence to regulations. Her contribution and role in the business allows the team to operate at peak performance and provide their high level of service.
When Lauren isn’t keeping the team on their toes, she works as a Speech Pathologist within her own business. Outside of work, she’s an organisational superhero mum to her three kids, and has a check list for checklists.
